Vault Automation ("we", "us") operates Vault Studio ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Vault Studio you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the email address and password you provide at signup, content you submit to our AI tools (such as brand answers, niches, URLs, and channel data), and basic usage telemetry like device, browser, and pages visited.

We use your information to authenticate you, generate AI outputs, improve Vault Studio, communicate product updates, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.

We share data only with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI model providers) strictly to operate the Service, and when required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and notify you promptly of any incident affecting it.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by emailing hello@vaultautomation.com. Depending on your jurisdiction you may have additional rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws.
