Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vault Automation regarding your use of Vault Studio. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Vault Studio.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Vault Studio, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vault Automation. You retain ownership of the content you input and the AI outputs you generate, subject to the licenses required for us to operate the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, generating illegal or harmful content, infringing others' rights, scraping data, or interfering with other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vault Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
